Child Support Guidelines

Child Support Guidelines
1.  Child support obligation: $____ per week.
2.  When obligor has extended parenting time: 1/2 child support due. 
3.  Child support payments shall be paid through the Clerk of the _____________ Circuit Court.
4.  If a third party becomes responsible for the child who is still under the age of 18 years and not 4 months out
     of high school, the child support shall be diverted to the third party responsibility for the child.

Extended Parenting Time
1.  Defined as more than the child's regular parenting time.
2.  Defined as taking place during: Vacation Time, School Breaks.

Reduction in Child Support: During Extended Parenting Time
1.   Necessary because child will require more expenses for food.
2.   Necessary because child will require more expenses for childcare.
3.   Necessary because child will require more expenses for entertainment.

Reduction in Obligor's Child Support: Regular Parenting Plan
1.   Necessary because parent will have child more than the normal percentage of time.
2.   Necessary because of transportation cost of getting child from the other parent’s residence.
3.   Necessary because each parent shall maintain child: own room, clothes, personal items and toys.
